The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of Nigeria (“AMJN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal data entrusted to us by our members, employees, volunteers, students, donors, beneficiaries, visitors, contractors, and all other individuals with whom we interact.
This Privacy Policy explains how AMJN collects, processes, stores, uses, discloses, transfers, and protects personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (“NDPA”), applicable regulations issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (“NDPC”), and other relevant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
